BIO-OK I is in powder form. Before consumption powder has to soak in water for 7-8 hours. In extreme conditions can be taken twice a day. On average, 1 dose is advisable. 2 gm powder ( small spoon) + 1 cup water ( 150- 200 mL) – soak overnight (7-8 hours), before drinking the sticky, jelly-like material, shake well. And drink early morning on an empty stomach. It has no taste.
