The tablet ( 2 gm ) is to be crushed to make powder. + 500 ml to 600 ml water- boil it to make 60-80 ml extract- filter the extract – serve and drink the extract when lukewarm, early morning before breakfast. Do the same process to make extract in the evening and serve it before dinner. 15 -20 minutes before breakfast-dinner.
